Job description:Electronics Quality Engineer - Integral ScopeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an Electronics Quality Engineer to strengthen how quality is defined, embedded, and sustained across Roca Group's growing portfolio of smart and connected products. In this role, you will ensure that electronics are not only compliant, but robust, reliable, and designed right from the start, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and product excellence worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and deploy quality standards for electronic systems (HW/SW integration, sensors, connectivity, control units).Ensure quality during New Product Launch (NPL), including validation plans (DV/PV), reliability testing, and industrialization reviews.Apply Design for Quality (Df Q) principles, influencing product development from early stages.Lead and support root cause analysis (8 D, FMEA, Ishikawa) for electronics-related field issues, claims, and ordinate cross‑functional teams (R&D;, plants, suppliers) to ensure robust corrective and preventive actions.Support supplier quality for electronic components, including qualification (PPAP‑like), audits, and compliance (Ro HS, CE).Define and maintain testing standards (functional, reliability, environmental, connectivity,



software validation).Monitor and analyze quality KPIs (field failure rate, warranty, Co Q) using tools like SAP QM and Power BI.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across plants and suppliers globally.Internal & External RelationshipsYou will collaborate closely with Corporate Quality, R&D; (electronics & firmware), manufacturing plants, procurement, suppliers, and after‑sales teams worldwide.If you are passionate about electronics, quality, and making products perform flawlessly in real life — we want to hear from you.What We're Looking ForDegree in Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics2–5 years of experience in electronics quality, design, or testingStrong knowledge of embedded systems, PCBs, sensors, and connectivityExperience with quality tools (FMEA, 8 D, APQP/PPAP)Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skillsAbility to work in a global, cross‑functional environmentFluent English requiredWhy this role?Shape the quality of next‑generation smart productsWork in a truly global environmentHave a direct impact on customer experience and product reliabilityTurn data and field issues into systemic, global improvements
