In this role you own the roadmap and drive the evolution of directory and trust services, with a cloud-first approach and Zero Trust principles. You combine technical leadership, product ownership, and hands-on engineering to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions for a global organization. You collaborate with security, governance, and operations teams to translate business needs into sustainable identity services and future-ready architectures.

You will shape hybrid and modern authentication ecosystems, emphasizing Entra ID and automation, to enable secure access across the enterprise.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Own and drive the roadmap for directory and trust services, aligning with business and security priorities
- Design, implement, and improve identity architecture focusing on Microsoft Entra ID and modern authentication
- Support the transition to Entra ID as the primary enterprise directory and reduce legacy identity usage
- Define and implement Zero Trust-aligned identity controls (Conditional Access, identity protection)
- Promote automation and Infrastructure-as-Code for identity configuration and service management




- Collaborate with governance and operations to improve identity lifecycle, access governance, and provisioning
- Manage and optimize certificate services and PKI-related capabilities
- Maintain architecture standards, policies, and operational procedures
- Contribute to hybrid identity solutions and required integrations
- Monitor emerging identity trends, including non-human identities and AI-driven scenarios

Responsabilidades

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience designing and supporting enterprise IAM solutions
- Strong xugodme expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (identity governance, authentication, access management)
- Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Protection, and enterprise app integrations
- Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP, and Kerberos
- Experience implementing automation and code-based approaches within IAM
- Understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, and provisioning
- Knowledge of security/compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
