In this role you will provide remote and on-site support for enterprise Supermicro equipment in the Álava region, focusing on fast, reliable issue resolution and SLA adherence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define service programs and train engineers, while engaging directly with customers and resellers. The position blends field service with hands-on problem solving, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction and system uptime.

This role offers growth through field leadership and deep technical expertise in servers and GPUs.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware/software issues on Supermicro equipment both remotely and on-site
- Manage service tickets and SLA performance through the SMC Service Portal
- Provide 2nd line support to resellers/distributors and escalate as needed
- Collaborate with Technical Account Manager, Service Manager, and Product Manager to shape service programs
- Perform tests and simulations to aid problem-solving and validate fixes




- Travel to customer sites to train staff and resolve issues; deploy and maintain servers, GPUs, networking, and related configurations
- Train new service engineers and transfer knowledge through documentation and materials
- Prioritize tasks, manage time, and make decisions to meet daily service expectations
- Escalate unresolved problems and work towards rapid, professional resolutions
- Generate and present quality reports as a plus
- Handle fault triage and root cause analysis with customers; manage field actions and preventive maintenance
- Physical installation tasks including lifting and component replacement as required

- Experience in a similar service role with on-site and remote support
- Business-level English
- Driving license
- Ability to work physically on-site and lift equipment
- Experience with servers, GPU systems, networking, and BIOS/firmware configuration
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and train others
- Strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation
- Ability to work under TAM direction and take ownership of customer base
- Familiarity with service portals and incident management systems
