This position is long-term and open for contractors.ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain Share Point site collections with multiple sites, unique navigational elements, custom content types and site columns, site pages, web part pages, workflows, retention policies, and governance policiesManage the client 's web-based Enterprise Content Management system (ECM) and collaboration resourcesParticipation to the development and maintenance of a Share Point tool for the creation of external services requests in the agencyMonitor and report on usage as well as perform security audits of the systemsImplement the final design (i.E., "look-and-feel") of the UserInterface (UI) collaborating with communications staffCoordinate technical reviews ensuring that the application UI meets usability, functional, and client 's UI guidelines and standardsWork with staff and key stakeholders to define the high-level solution to be delivered,



including collaboration with governance/oversight group to align with corporate strategyProvide training and act as a "point of contact" for web related questions and requestsProduce and maintain procedural documentationProfile / Qualifications+4 years of IT professional experience in the domain (among web site management, web page design and development, Share Point development and administration)+2 years of Share Point development experience+1 year of Share Point architectural design experience on an enterprise implementation+2 years of Microsoft administration experience on Windows operating systems, scripting and/or Microsoft.
