offering insights to improve ordinate creator seeding and product sampling initiatives for brand promotion.Handle daily operational tasks, proactively addressing merchant concerns and ensuring smooth workflows.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel—data-driven decision-making matters.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Self‑motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.A team player with a positive, can‑do attitude.Passionate about Tik Tok, e‑commerce, and the Home & Living industry.Preferred Qualifications:Previous internship or work experience in sales, business development, influencer marketing, or e‑commerce.Familiarity with Tik Tok Shop or Tik Tok creator content.Experience using CRM or campaign tracking tools to optimize workflows.
