In this interactive role, you will elevate guest satisfaction and support event operations. Specifically, you will deliver personalized care to VIP guests, manage “Exclusive” check-ins, process guest feedback, create content for social media, and oversee banquet setups. Your Mission:



Exceptional Hospitality & Guest Experience Support
Your primary goal involves driving guest satisfaction and event success across our adults-only resort. To achieve this, you will deliver personalized care to VIP guests. At the same time, you will keep event staging and guest feedback logs well-managed. Therefore, you will handle Exclusive check-ins, process online guest reviews, drive extra service sales, and step in for the Customer Service Manager during their absence. As a result, you will eliminate service bottlenecks and protect our resort’s reputation for luxury hospitality.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- VIP Care & Check-In Management: Deliver personalized attention to VIP and guest-with-special-needs profiles. Furthermore, execute “Exclusive” service check-ins and step in for the Customer Service Manager during their absence.
