As a DLM Product Specialist, you will support Device Lifecycle Management to drive growth across large and multinational markets within Vodafone’s Device as a Service strategy. You will collaborate with Marketing, Commercial u0026amp; Operations, Group Technology, Product Management, GTM and Finance to shape the DLM product, ensuring market relevance, CX excellence, and scalable delivery. You’ll lead end-to-end customer journeys with automated, digital experiences that differentiate Vodafone. This role combines strategic roadmapping with hands-on governance to enable in-year delivery and future growth.

• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with customer focus
• Ability to lead virtual teams and balance tactical vs strategic work
• Awareness of SAFe and LPM governance; certified Product Manager favorable
