Your role at Hostinger
As part of Hostinger’s Affiliate team you’ll play a critical role in affiliate acquisition and management for our newest product addition – Hostinger Horizons (AI, no code, web app builder). Your expertise in affiliate marketing and leadership will drive the expansion into new markets and the product’s overall success. In this role,
you will fully own affiliate marketing activities and directions while working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Your day‑to‑day

- Create and implement an affiliate acquisition strategy that targets audiences aligned with the product’s value and goals.
- Identify, prospect, and recruit new affiliate partners across various markets, including close tracking of competitor activities and opportunities.
- Manage the full affiliate onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience: product updates, tracking issues, creating coupons and overall managing the communication.
- Be fully hands‑on with the outreach campaigns.
- Negotiate partnership deals, commission structures, and incentives to maximise performance and attract new partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationsh
