Responsibilities

- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services
- Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information
- Consolidate and build the customer base
- Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail
- Ensure consistent customer follow‑up
- Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies
- Handle customer needs and inquiries

Requirements

- Language Skills: C2 level of Arabic. Good level of English (oral and written)
- 16 months previous sales experience desirable; ability to work independently




- Comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities with occasional guidance
- Solid CRM experience, able to navigate CRM platforms, analyze customer data, and support sales strategies
- Proficient communication skills, comfortable sharing information, facilitating discussions, and collaborating with team members
- Goal‑oriented: ability to work in a goal‑oriented environment
- Proactive attitude: motivated and proactive individual
