Supply Chain Associate — Vein-to-Vein Operations Support
Location: Belgium
About the Role
As V2V Operations Support, you'll support logistics and planning processes, uphold Chain of Custody (CoC) and Chain of Identity (CoI) standards, and act as a key point of contact between treatment sites, carriers, and internal teams — helping ensure a seamless, compliant, and timely supply chain for patient materials.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary supply chain point of contact for treatment sites and commercial teams within a designated country or region, covering logistics, planning, and forecasting
- Support the movement of patient materials across the V2V supply chain for EMEA patients
- Manage issue resolution and non-conformance handling
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics of patient materials, liaising with our carrier network and providing forecasts as needed
- Coordinate with internal warehouses and distribution centers to ensure a seamless patient journey
- Ensure compliance with Chain of Custody (CoC) and Chain of Identity (CoI) requirements across manual and automated processes, for both clinical and commercial operations
- Help plan operational capacity by scheduling and communicating cryopreservation and manufacturing slots
- Support treatment site certification,
including training delivery and logistics test runs
- Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs), with a focus on continuous improvement
- Contribute to the development, testing, and rollout of new system solutions
- Track key performance metrics to monitor efficiency and effectiveness
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, including meaningful exposure to the pharmaceutical industry or another highly regulated environment
- Familiarity with Quality Systems processes, including cGMP and FDA regulations
- SAP experience is a plus
- Strong aptitude for interpreting process and systems information, technical procedures, reports, and regulations to make sound decisions in a GMP environment
- Ability to work independently with a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and scientific judgment
- Comfort operating in a integral, fast-changing, and sometimes ambiguous environment
- Clear, candid communication skills and active listening
- A genuine drive for continuous improvement and innovation
- A positive, can-do mindset when facing challenges
