Working closely with experienced colleagues, you help coordinate customer requests, monitor service performance, and contribute to maintaining high service quality while building strong customer relationships.Your responsibilitiesAct as a first point of contact for customer inquiries related to operational and project topicsOwn the service delivery performance to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfactionIdentify opportunities for process and service improvementsLead project transitions and contribute to a smooth handover into Business As Usual (BAU) operationsCoordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and ensure timely follow‑upPrepare service reports, project updates,
