We are currently looking for a talented MEP Design Manager to join a multidisciplinary project environment. This is a key role where you will drive design excellence, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own the Design Management Plan, ensuring clear structure and delivery
- Coordinate across Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP, and Process Engineering disciplines, as well as construction, security, and workplace strategy teams
- Act as the central point of contact between Design & Build contractors, stakeholders, and leadership teams
- Organize and facilitate design reviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment and timely feedback
- Oversee the full design coordination process, ensuring consistency across all packages
- Manage design risks, issues, and changes, tracking them through to resolution
