? The role: Deployment Strategist

As a Deployment Strategist, you own one or multiple client accounts end-to-end. You are fully responsible for delivery quality, client satisfaction, and long-term expansion potential.

You operate as the project owner: leading implementation, structuring the work, driving timelines, and maintaining an active and strategic client relationship.

In practice, that means:
- Owning accounts deployments end-to-end, from kickoff to delivery




- Leading weekly client meetings and managing the day-to-day project flow
- Driving implementation forward, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Acting as the main point of contact for the client, including in critical moments
- Structuring and supervising Associate work, ensuring high-quality execution
- Deciding whether additional Associate support is required or whether execution can be handled independently
- Providing active feedback and mentorship to Associates, with the objective of developing future Deployment Strategists

You report directly to the GTM Engagement Manager for:
- Alignment on priorities across accounts
- Securing or resizing Associate support
- Support in high-stakes client situations
- Ensuring overall delivery quality and timeline commitments
