The Software Developer plays a central role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing digital products across Pluxee’s ecosystem. Embedded within an agile squad, this role collaborates closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA, and DevOps to turn business requirements into working software.

Benefits isn't a simple CRUD layer — it's a rich domain with multi-tenant configurations, eligibility rules that vary by company, country, tax compliance requirements and real-time state that must always be consistent. Getting it right means hundreds of thousands of employees get their benefits seamlessly. Getting it wrong is visible immediately.

What You'll Do
- Own the Core Domain Model: Design and evolve the backend services that define how benefits work — plans, entitlements, limits, and eligibility — ensuring the model stays clean, consistent, and extensible as we grow into new markets and product lines.
- Tame Business Complexity: Translate intricate, multi-country regulatory and business rules into robust, maintainable code. You'll work closely with Product and Operations to model edge cases that matter in the real world.
