The Position

As a ServiceNow IRM Solutions Engineer, you drive the successful delivery and evolution of Roche’s Information Risk Management capabilities on the ServiceNow platform.
You combine product ownership, strong ServiceNow expertise, and hands-on delivery capability to ensure scalable and compliant solutions supporting Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Privacy.
In this role, you translate business, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements into clear and implementable user stories, enabling engineering teams to deliver efficiently and with clarity.



You own the delivery backlog and ensure alignment with the product roadmap, enterprise architecture, and strategic priorities.
Beyond backlog ownership, you actively support delivery when needed — contributing to analysis, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and solution validation to ensure successful and high-quality outcomes.
Your goal is to ensure that ServiceNow capabilities supporting information risk, third-party risk, and privacy management are delivered in a scalable, reliable, and compliant way, enabling Roche to manage information risks effectively across the enterprise.
