We are partnered with a global pharmaceutical organisation seeking a Talent Data & Insights Specialist to support data-driven decision-making across Talent and HR functions. You will help transform workforce data into meaningful insights, develop reporting solutions that support strategic decisions, and partner with stakeholders to improve how talent data is used across the organisation. This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys combining analytics, business partnering, and technology to drive better outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience delivering reporting, analytics, or business intelligence solutions within a complex organisation.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, KPI development, and dashboard reporting.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting and analytics solutions.
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, Talent, Business Leaders, and Technical Teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Hard Skills
- Power BI dashboard development and reporting.
- Microsoft Fabric and modern analytics platforms.
- SQL and data querying.
Soft Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to diverse audiences.
- Analytical, proactive, and solutions-focused mindset.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Human Resources, Statistics, or a related discipline. Based on the role requiring degree-level education.
- Experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, people analytics, or workforce analytics roles.
