Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Digital Design Manager to take clear ownership of creative performance across paid media. This role sits at the intersection of conceptual creativity, operational leadership, and performance marketing, with a strong focus on structure, decision-making, and scalable impact.
You will not only execute and optimize creative work, but also anticipate needs, set direction, and proactively drive improvements in quality, speed, and effectiveness. You bring clarity to complex workflows, make confident decisions,



and elevate both creative output and operational maturity.
The adecuado candidate is highly structured, proactive, and outcome-driven, with a strong creative point of view, deep paid media design experience, and advanced knowledge of automation platforms such as Smartly. You thrive in fast-paced environments and consistently turn ambiguity into clear plans and results.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Conceptual Ownership
- Ensure conceptual development for paid media campaigns from brief to execution.
- Proactively define creative directions, frameworks, and solutions.
- Translate brand / channel goals and performance insights into scalable creative concepts.
- Ensure brand consistency while adapting creative across platforms, audiences, and markets.
- Act as a creative decision-maker, confidently guiding stakeholders forward.
- Deliver design executions - from ideation to master assets.
