About the role

Reporting to the National Health & Wellbeing Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and customer-focused Regional Injury Management Advisor to join our team.

In this role,



you will play a key part in strengthening Officeworks' safety and wellbeing culture by providing expert injury management and return-to-work support across our stores and Distribution Centres throughout Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia. You will partner with leaders, team members, healthcare providers, and claims management teams to deliver positive recovery outcomes for both work-related and non-work-related injuries and illnesses.

As a trusted advisor, you will support the development and implementation of return-to-work strategies, ensuring injured team members receive the guidance and support needed to safely and sustainably return to work. You will facilitate meaningful stakeholder engagement, attend case conferences, participate in multidisciplinary reviews, and provide coaching and expert advice to leaders across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialist injury management and return-to-work advice across multiple sites.
- Develop and implement tailored return-to-work plans that support recovery and bus
