We're Camping, a video creative agency that helps B2B Saas business with a strong POV grow, with campaigns that stand out, make people care and perform.

We work for an industry that mostly takes itself too seriously, and we have fun proving it doesn't have to.

We've decided our content deserves a premium treatment and a permanent owner, so we're hiring a Social & Content Strategist to take our LinkedIn, our founder's profile, and our marketing content and turn them into a proper lead generation engine. This role will also be involved with the creation of some content for our clients as well.

And yes, we work a 4-day week. You heard that right.

The role

We're looking for a full-time Social & Content Strategist with real experience in B2B SaaS, a sharp sense of tone and world-class English, to help us turn B2B tech into content people actually want to read and watch.



There are bonus points for a candidate who also speaks fluent German.

This is a content-led role, and the single most important thing you'll bring is a sharp sense of point-of-view, world-class writing, and a strategic, narrative-driven content mind.

You're the right person to help us shape how Camping sounds, you can adapt to different voices for our clients, and you write things people actually want to read, but you also think in stories, arcs, and angles, and you understand how a single piece of content fits into a bigger narrative and business goal.

Our content engine is LinkedIn-first, video-second. Day to day, you'll create LinkedIn content for Camping and its founder, develop our brand channels (LinkedIn, YouTube), and shape the strategy, scripts, and coordination behind our video content. We're not expecting you to produce or edit video yourself (our team will help you with that), but we do expect you to have worked with video
