We’re looking for a Supervisor to join our South Morang crew and help lead, support and coordinate essential vegetation management works. This is a team that backs each other, gets stuck in and makes it happen. The role is predominantly off the tools, with a strong focus on supervision, planning, safety and crew support, but you’ll still be expected to get your gloves dirty and jump in when needed.

What is the role?

As Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to lead and support crews across day-to-day vegetation management works. You’ll be the person helping everyone stay organised, safe and moving in the same direction, while making sure the work is delivered to a high standard.



While the role is mainly focused on supervision and coordination, you’ll still be hands-on when the job calls for it.
- Lead and support crews in the field, helping the team stay safe, organised and productive
- Coordinate daily priorities, including schedules, job requirements, equipment and crew movements
- Promote safe work practices through hazard assessments, toolbox meetings and regular check-ins
- Support reporting and communication between crews, operations and the wider team
