Descripció de l'oferta

Primary responsibilities of this role include the following:
- Coordinating office events
- Assisting with the organization of meetings at the office
- Corresponding with clients and office suppliers
- Sourcing new office suppliers and ensure that the company is provided with the best prices and services, when required.
- Providing general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, and copying to all the team in Barcelona.
- Providing support with HR administrative duties for the Spain office.




- Handling incoming correspondence and coordinating couriers globally.
- Ensuring that office supplies are well stocked.
- Ensuring that office equipment is in good working order; coordinating maintenance as required.
- Working with the IT team to procure IT peripherals and any other office equipment, and coordinating laptop set up, for employees.
- Ensuring that the office is kept well maintained and cleaned, in line with cleaning schedules.
- Assisting with the organization of Company events, as required
- Passing invoices for appropriate approval and submitting for payment. Follow up until payment is done.
- Assisting with organization of employee initiatives
- Providing new employees with onboarding requirements, tour office, etc.
- Dealing with any queries efficiently and effectively.
- Any other ad-hoc duties, as required.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. written, reading and oral.
