About the Role

We are looking for motivated Dutch-speaking Customer Care Specialists to join a dynamic international team in Madrid. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality support and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat in Dutch

Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions

Deliver accurate information and solutions in a timely manner

Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions

Handle customer complaints and find effective resolutions

Collaborate with team members and other departments when needed

What You Get

Contract

Salary

Base salary: €1,500/month

Dutch language bonus: €4/hour
