We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with professional fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage) to join our Industrial Solutions Customer Service team in Terrassa, Barcelona.

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Working closely with internal departments, you will coordinate solutions, maintain accurate data, and support the efficient handling of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone and online support to customers, as well as internal support to the Customer Service team




- Investigate customer requests and complaints, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution
- Process information received through email and verbal communications accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update customer and order information in company systems, including manual order entry

Relevant Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Administration
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Outlook
- Knowledge of Oracle R12, Incoterms, payment terms, and CRM systems is considered an advantage
- Proficiency level of English is required. Additional language skills are highly valued (especially German or Dutch)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Adaptable and adaptable, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
