Role Mission

The mission of this role is to support production&warehouse; managers in their daily operations and improve efficiency, standardize,



and digitize highly manual processes in Biomat production area, contributing to the operational transformation of the department. The focus will be on understanding, analysing, and optimizing operations across three key areas: Plasma Storage Freezers, Plasma Classification Room and Biological Sample Archive.

What your responsibilities will be
- Support managers in reviewing and enhancing procedures, workflows, and documentation, ensuring full compliance with GMP, legal, environmental, and traceability requirements, while contributing to staff training and process adherence.
- Extract and analyze data from SAP, WMS, and other systems to build KPIs, dashboards, and performance insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across operations.
