?The Role
As Java Technical Lead, you will play a key role in both the technical success of our projects and the growth of the team.




You will be responsible for overseeing code quality and technical design, ensuring the development of robust and scalable software solutions.
Additionally, you will manage the team by organizing sprints, including task definition, time estimation, and task assignment, while fostering collaboration and efficiency. This role is a unique blend of hands-on technical work and team management. Your ability to balance technical expertise with leadership will be key to driving project success.

Profile
? Technical Skills
- 5+ years of experience in backend development, with expertise in Java and Spring (knowledge of Python and C++ is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
