About the role

As our IT Strategy & Architecture Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Officeworks' technology future by developing and driving our technology strategy, and our enterprise technology roadmap.

Leading a team of architects across Enterprise, Solution, Data, Infrastructure and Cloud domains,



you'll ensure technology investments and initiatives align to business priorities, support long-term growth, and deliver measurable business value.

This is a highly influential leadership role requiring a strategic thinker who can engage confidently with executive stakeholders, translate business objectives into technology direction, and provide clear guidance on technology opportunities, risks and trade-offs. The role is focused on strategic planning, roadmap development, executive engagement and technology risk management, as well as architectural governance and leadership.

As the IT Strategy & Architecture Manager, you will own the enterprise technology strategy and multi-year technology roadmap that enables Officeworks' business strategy and transformation goals.
