What will you do?

Sus principales responsabilidades serán las de dar apoyo y soporte al área de CRM & Customer Intelligence en las siguientes funciones:
- Ayudar en la gestión de pop ups en la web de Barceló: activación, monitorización y reporting de los mismos.
- Monitorizar y analizar los casos de uso generados en las herramientas de Personalización y acorde al modelo establecido para el proyecto.
- Ayudar en el seguimiento y coordinación de solicitudes para nuevos casos de uso a implementar en el proyecto a través de JIRA-workflow.
- Apoyar al perfil de Personalization Junior Speacilist en tareas operativas.
