What you will do in this role

As a Customer Experience Specialist on our team, you will:
- Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after they’ve expressed interest in a product
- Represent a premium automotive brand with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer satisfaction
- Reinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations,



especially around pricing and product preferences
- Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear, structured format to support retailer sales teams
- Maintain consistency and relationship continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with the same prospects
- Ensure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand.
