Job Description:
The Air Quality Laboratory Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective operation, coordination, and continuous improvement of the Air Quality Laboratory, guaranteeing compliance with the technical and quality requirements associated with the ISO 17025 accreditation while also providing specialized technical support to the national network of air quality operation and maintenance technicians.
The role will act as a technical reference in air quality monitoring, analytical quality control,
measurement equipment management, and technical problem resolution, contributing to the successful delivery of contracts and the achievement of established service standards.
This position requires 100% dedication and will play a key role in ensuring consistency, technical excellence, and quality across air quality monitoring activities nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Air Quality Laboratory Management and Coordination
- Coordinate the daily activities of the Air Quality Laboratory, ensuring the correct execution of testing, calibration, verification, and quality control activities associated with analytical equipment and measurement systems.
- Ensure compliance with the established quality management system requirements in accordance with ISO 17025.
- Manage the traceability of equipment, reference standards, materials, and records related to laboratory activities.
- Review and continuously improve technical procedure
