What we are looking for:

- Someone with experience in
- Architecture and design responsibility for Ottopilot (DEUTZ AG GPT)
- Use of ticketing systems
- Build/optimize RAG (indexing, retrieval, vector DB) and agent workflows.
- Integration of SharePoint, SAP documents, manuals, Windream, ticketing systems.
- Interfaces to ServiceNow/Jira and CTI/hotline; telephony integration.
- Data protection, access control (Entra ID/Azure AD, OAuth2) and auditability.
- Deployment & operations: Kubernetes, CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
- Monitoring, logging, performance, hallucination reduction, QA of model responses.
- Knowledge management & feedback loops with service teams.
- Maintenance of these new systems.
Desirable profile:
- 8+ years IT experience, several years in AI/LLM/RAG projects.
- English B2+/C1.

Hands-on experience in RAG design, retrieval pipelines, agentic AI frameworks, prompt engineering.

Strong Python skills, backend/microservices experience.
