Your mission
We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Specialist to join our team in Alcobendas, Madrid (Spain)
As part of the HR team, you will be responsible for shaping how our employees experience and connect with our company, ensuring they are informed, engaged, and aligned with our mission and values. You'll blend traditional internal communications with broader HR initiatives, playing a key role in fostering a vibrant company culture and enhancing our employer brand, with a particular focus on empowering our leaders and streamlining critical HR processes like performance evaluations.
You will also support internal communications across the studio, which includes updates and visibility on key projects such as Turok Origins and major upcoming initiatives like a new AAA project set in the John Wick universe.

What you'll do
- Strategic Internal Communications:




- Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies that inform, inspire, and engage our employees across all levels.
- Manage and optimize various communication channels (intranet, newsletters, emails, town halls, social platforms, etc.) to ensure messages are consistent, clear, and impactful.
- Craft compelling content, including announcements, company updates, leadership messages, and policy explanations, adapting the tone and style for different audiences.
- Serve as a key advisor to leadership on effective internal communication practices, especially during times of change or crisis, helping them articulate vision and strategy.
- Employee Engagement & Culture Building:
- Design and implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and retention, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Analyze employee feedback (e.g., surveys, focus groups) to identify engagem
