Enterprise Renewal Representative (SaaS | Existing Enterprise Accounts)
Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)
Contract: Contract until the end of January (with potential for extension)
Salary: Around €50,+ depending on experience

Manage end-to-end renewal cycles for an existing portfolio of enterprise customers.Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.Drive customer retention while identifying expansion opportunities.Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success,



and other cross-functional teams.Work closely with customer procurement teams throughout the renewal process.Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and pipeline management.Deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving commercial targets.What We're Looking For
Experience in Renewals, Account Management, Customer Success, Inside Sales, or Sales Support.Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).Strong relationship-building and communication skills.Commercial mindset with the ability to identify customer growth opportunities.Experience working in SaaS, software, or subscription-based businesses is highly desirable.Fluent English is essential. An additional European language such as German, French, or Spanish would be highly advantageous.What's On Offer
