We are building a next-generation US Sweepstakes Casino and are seeking an exceptional Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our Executive Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a rare opportunity to build a business from the ground up, shaping its commercial strategy, customer proposition, operating model and growth trajectory.

The CCO will lead the commercial organisation across Acquisition, CRM & Lifecycle, Gaming, VIP & Loyalty and Commercial Analytics while influencing Product, Technology and Operations to deliver a market-leading player experience. The successful candidate will become the organisation's leading authority on the US Sweepstakes market and will play a key role in educating the wider business and aligning every department behind sustainable commercial growth.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CCO will regularly engage with the CEO, Board and Shareholders, presenting monthly business updates,



strategic progress and recommendations while providing confidence that the business is executing against its growth plan.

- Define and execute the company's commercial strategy and long-term growth plan.
- Lead Acquisition, CRM/Lifecycle, Gaming, VIP & Loyalty and Commercial Analytics.
- Own the commercial product roadmap and customer proposition.
- Influence Product, UX/UI, Payments, Customer Operations and Technology to optimise the end-to-end player journey.
- Establish commercial KPIs, operating standards and service levels across all customer-facing functions.
- Act as the organisation's leading authority on the US Sweepstakes market, educating stakeholders and championing best practice across the business.
- Build a data-driven, high-performance commercial culture focused on experimentation, continuous optimisation and sustainable growth.
