We're looking for an Enterprise Account Director to join our Enterprise Sales team. You'll own MotorK's most important customer relationships - working with Europe's premium automotive manufacturers and OEMs at C-suite level. Part strategic sales leader, part trusted advisor, you'll shape how the world's most iconic automotive brands adopt and scale AI-powered technology. Build and execute account plans and sales strategies that accelerate adoption of MotorK's SparK Platform.
Lead complex,



multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles — from proposal and bid management through to contract and close.
Build high-trust relationships with CxOs and key decision-makers, and create executive-level access for MotorK leadership.
Keep a sharp, well-managed pipeline via CRM with accurate forecasting at every stage.

Proven enterprise sales or strategic account management experience, ideally in SaaS or automotive technology.
Strong commercial instincts - you know how enterprise buying decisions are really made.
Fluent English; additional European languages or German is a strong plus.
