Role Overview
The Functional Enablement Manager is the Global Owner of Functional Enablement at Allianz Services. The role is accountable for Internal Audit processes, methodology, tools, data analytics, and AI enablement across Allianz Services. The position drives the continuous evolution of audit practices,



supports the General Audit Universe, and promotes innovation through data-driven and AI-enabled audit approaches.

What you do
- Drive the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of Internal Audit methodologies, processes, standards, templates, and tools across Allianz Services.
- Own and maintain the Audit Universe (AU), supporting risk assessment, audit planning, and annual planning activities.
- Act as the center of competence for audit tools, analytics, and operational reporting, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the function.
- Develop and promote data analytics and AI capabilities to enhance risk identification, control assessment, audit coverage, and audit effectiveness.
- Roll-out and maintain AI-enabled solutions and emerging technologies to improve audit execution, knowledge management, reporting, and quality assurance.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators
