Innovation & launch coordinator
- Lead end-to-end coordination of innovation projects across all stakeholders, ensuring on-time and in-full launches
- Act as the regional point of contact for Innovations, facilitating alignment between Supply Centers, Master Data, CoE , Markets, Commercial , Finance and Marketing.
- Drive structured project management discipline (timelines, milestones, risk tracking and mitigation)
- Ensure clear visibility of innovation pipeline at regional level
Lifecycle & End-of-Life Management
- Define and coordinate end-of-life strategies in collaboration with Supply and Markets
- Coordinate depletion planning accordingly with Business priorities, to optimize inventory and avoid write-offs or obsolescence
- Monitor lifecycle performance and proactively identify risks or opportunities for simplification
Portfolio Management , Performance & Reporting
- Maintain a clear and accurate regional portfolio overview, ensuring full transparency across stakeholders
- Drive portfolio optimization by ensuring focus on the right SKU mix and prioritization
- Support S&OP; and portfolio review processes with structured insights and actionable recommendations
- Ensure strong governance and alignment across markets and functions
Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Proactively identify opportunities to simplify and standardize lifecycle processes
- Drive implementation of best practices across the region
- Ensure efficient and scalable ways-of-working with clear roles, responsibilities and timelines
- Focus on minimizing inventory impact and improving overall supply chain efficiency
Collaboration & Communication
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional and regional stakeholders
- Facilitate alignment forums ensuring transparency and two-way communication
- Influence stakeholders to ensure adherence to timelines, processes and priorities
