Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the purchasing, planning, and production strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and brand vision across international markets.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, directing design and merchandising teams to ensure timely delivery of collections that meet market demands.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify consumer needs and preferences, integrating these insights into product development and buying plans.
- Provide creative and strategic direction to design and merchandising teams, ensuring innovative, on-trend, and commercially viable product assortments.




- Negotiate with international suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring products meet quality standards, cost targets, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams (design, merchandising, and production), fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Partner closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Design, Fashion Merchandising or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in purchasing, production, and/or merchandising planning within the fashion/apparel industry, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams, including design, merchandising, and production teams.
