What we look for?
We are looking for a QA / Test Engineer with solid experience in enterprise software quality assurance, preferably within utility, billing, financial, CRM, ERP, or other high-volume customer platforms. The idóneo candidate combines strong functional testing expertise with API, integration, data validation, automation, and regression testing skills.
You should have a risk-based testing mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and a focus on ensuring billing accuracy, financial reconciliation, and high-quality releases. Experience with test automation, SQL,
CI/CD
practices, and modern testing frameworks is highly valued.





Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
Define and execute test strategies, plans, estimates, coverage models, and quality gates aligned with project risks and delivery milestones.
Design and execute functional, integration, end-to-end, API, regression, exploratory, and data validation test scenarios.
Validate customer, contract, tariff, billing, invoicing, payments, refunds, collections, and financial processes across the platform.
Perform complex billing verification, including proration, effective dating, taxes, discounts, adjustments, reversals, rebilling, and exception handling.
Test APIs and event-driven integrations, ensuring reliability, sequencing, idempotency, error handling, and operational visibility.
Develop and maintain automated tests and regression suites for APIs, services, and critical business journeys.
