POSITION: PRIVACY SPECIALIST

The main focus of this role will be vendor privacyrisk management, tracking and updating the records of processing activities at Sportradar, supporting the data retention initiatives across the organization and administering stuff awareness and training programs on data protection within Sportradar. The successful applicant will play an active part in Sportradar’s business AI transformation and expansion to newbettingand gaming markets.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Performing,



recording and keeping vendor privacy assessments up-to-date to ensure compliance with Sportradar’s requirements (internal and external) and with the applicable privacy laws.
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating vendor data protection agreements.
- Tracking and updating our records of processing activities (ROPAs).
- Supporting the Privacy Team and the business stakeholders during the implementation process of data deletion and destruction schedules.
- Managing the staff awareness and training programs on data privacy and best data protection practices at Sportradar, including our Privacy Champions Program.
- Supporting the Senior Privacy Lead with the handling of data subject requests, the annual updates of Sportradar’s internal and external privacy documentation and the regular trainings to the local data protection officers (DPOs).
