Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end Workday implementation program (scope, timeline, budget, risks)
Act as the primary interface between HR, IT, and external system integrators
Coordinate and challenge external consultants to ensure quality delivery
Drive requirements gathering and translate business needs into system solutions
Manage governance, decision‑making forums, and stakeholder alignment
Oversee testing, data migration, integrations, and go‑live readiness
Ensure adoption through change management and communication strategies
Own the HRIS product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements and releases
Act as the internal owner of Workday, ensuring continuous improvement
Manage backlog, releases, and system upgrades
Drive HR process optimization leveraging system capabilities
Ensure data quality, reporting, and analytics enablement
Reduce dependency on external vendors over time
Collaborate with HR leadership to align technology with business strategy
Requirements




~5+ years in HRIS / HR Technology / HR Transformation
~4+ years of experience of Workday
~ Proven experience in Workday implementation (client‑side strongly preferred)
~ Workday certifications good to have
~ Experience in Core HCM and, at least one other module (Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Learning)
~ Strong program/project management experience
~ Experience managing external vendors/system integrators
~ Solid understanding of HR processes (e.g., Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll)
~ Strong ownership and autonomy
~ Proficient level of English
~ Ability to operate across business and technology domains
~ Stakeholder management at senior level
~ Vendor management and ability to challenge external partners
~ Structured problem‑solving and decision‑making
