Responsibilities
Own end-to-end budgeting processes for the agency
Monitor actuals vs. budget and identify variances
Prepare financial reports and dashboards for leadership
Design and improve core agency processes and procedures
Oversee all agency pillars for delivery quality
Define and drive AI strategy across the company
Requirements
Strong financial management and budgeting skills
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles
Experience in pricing and profitability analysis
Proficiency in financial reporting and KPIs
Demonstrated ability to manage operations in a dynamic environment
Knowledge of compliance and governance standards
