Key Responsibilities
Drive operational excellence and ensure high-quality event delivery
Manage P&L; and optimize processes
Coach and develop Team Leaders; foster high-performance culture
Lead transformation initiatives and drive organizational change
Serve as senior escalation point for major clients
Act as agency ambassador in Spanish & Italian markets
Build relationships with media, industry associations, influencers, and thought leaders
Requirements
~10+ years in event agency operations/production
~ Fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian is a plus
~ Proven experience managing large multi-layered teams across multiple countries
~ Strong stakeholder management and external communication skills
~ Strong leader on event/communication industry
