The Pre-Sales Engineer plays a critical role in helping customers solve complex processing challenges. Combining technical expertise, application knowledge, and solution design skills, you will work alongside customers and sales teams to develop tailored processing solutions that improve operational performance and deliver measurable value.
From product demonstrations and performance validation to system design and solution development, you will be a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey.
Support the consultative sales process as a technical and application expert.
Analyze customer processes, production requirements, and desired outcomes to develop tailored solutions.
Prepare technical specifications, solution designs, performance analyses,



quotations, and supporting documentation.
Conduct product demonstrations, field trials, testing, validation activities, and performance optimization projects.
Analyze processing performance, equipment utilization, and operational data to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
Provide technical guidance on equipment configuration and application performance.
Support Sales and Service teams through application training, troubleshooting, and customer-facing technical support.
Assess technical, operational, and commercial requirements to recommend solutions that balance performance, reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct design reviews with cross-functional teams and support the successful handover of awarded projects to implementation teams.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Automation, or equivalent industry experience.
