To support its continued growth, the company is seeking a temporary People Operations Specialist based in Barcelona , working in a hybrid model. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to People Operations across multiple EMEA countries within a fast-paced, global environment.
About the Role
The People Operations Specialist, EMEA will play a key role in supporting operational excellence and employee experience across multiple EMEA countries, with a strong focus on Spain, the UK, and Portugal. This role combines hands-on operational execution, regional compliance knowledge, process optimization, and cross-functional partnership in a fast-paced integral environment.
What You Will Do




Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end onboarding processes across assigned EMEA countries, ensuring a seamless employee experience and compliance with local requirements
- Coordinate and execute employee lifecycle changes including hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, and terminations
- Support offboarding processes in partnership with People Business Partners, Legal, Payroll, and IT, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation
- Administer Leave of Absence (LOA) processes, including medical leaves, parental leave, and other statutory or company leaves, ensuring compliance with local legislation
- Ensure employee documentation, contracts, right-to-work documentation, and required records are accurately maintained within Workday
- Partner with Global Mobility and external vendors when immigration or relocation support is required
