We are looking for a B2C User Retention & Engagement Specialist to join a leading integral digital platform for services and payments.
In this role, you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager; and you will lead the end-user communication strategy and maximize the adoption, engagement, and usage of their digital employee benefits solutions.
You will be responsible for designing and executing communication campaigns that drive user activation, product adoption, recurring platform usage, and cross-selling opportunities.
You will create customer journeys, automated campaigns, and personalized communications that guide users throughout their lifecycle, helping them discover, activate, and get the most value from products and services.
- Lead the B2C communication strategy throughout the entire user lifecycle.
- Increase user and product activation.
- Drive user engagement and recurring platform usage.
- Promote the adoption of additional products and maximize value per user.
- Continuously optimize the user experience through personalized and automated communication campaigns.





User Communication Strategy
- Define and optimize customer journeys by identifying and removing friction points throughout the user lifecycle.
- Design and execute multi-channel communication campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messaging and other digital channels).
- Develop educational campaigns that encourage users to discover and make better use of our products and services.
- Ensure a consistent tone of voice across all user touchpoints.
- Segment audiences and personalize communications based on user behaviour, lifecycle stage and product adoption.
- Design onboarding campaigns to increase user activation.
- Drive campaigns that encourage users to activate and make better use of their employee benefits.
- Launch initiatives to increase recurring platform usage and product adoption.
- Design opt-in campaigns to expand direct communication with users.
