osapiens is seeking a seasoned Business Development leader to build and run the AI‐powered BD engine across inbound and outbound motions. You'll design scalable pipeline processes and lead a high‐output team delivering measurable opportunities for AEs across SME, mid‐market, and enterprise.
You will own the BD stack, leverage HubSpot, LinkedIn tooling, Gong, and ABM, and foster a data‐driven culture with a bias for experimentation. Fluent English is required, Spanish or German a plus.
