About the role:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow QA Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, performance, and quality of ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. The idóneo candidate should have a strong background in ServiceNow platform, a deep understanding of software development principles, and excellent problem-solving skills. You will be working in close collaboration with the Developers, Functional Analysts and Product Owners.

Which tasks can you expect?
- Understand business and functional requirements for ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders,



developers, functional teams, Support Squad, Product and Business Owners.
- Create test strategies, plans, and cases for various modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, etc.
- Define test scenarios for workflows, integrations, and customizations.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. Generate testing reports and and maintain test documentation.
- Validate ServiceNow modules, custom scripts, and APIs.
- Test upgrades and patches to ensure smooth platform updates.
- Identify, document, and track defects and work closely with developers to ensure they are resolved.
- Assessing readiness to deploy each release.
- Creating complex reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
- Taking ownership and doing close follow up on project/s assigned, ensuring targets are met.
