WHAT YOU´LL DO This role will lead the independent Risk & Compliance function while working closely with Product, Technology, Operations and Commercial teams to enable sustainable growth, support innovation and ensure regulatory expectations are met.
Success in this role means finding the right balance between protecting the business and helping it move fast. As Head of Risk & Compliance these will be some of the key activities in your day-to-day role:
Lead the Second Line of Defense, maintaining a holistic view of the company's risk profile and ensuring material risks are appropriately identified, assessed, monitored and managed across all business activities.
Define and continuously evolve the company's Risk & Compliance framework, ensuring it remains proportionate, scalable and aligned with the business strategy, regulatory expectations and the company's growth ambitions.
Oversee the identification and assessment of emerging risks, key risk trends and strategic initiatives, providing independent challenge and actionable insights to senior management.
