Sales Operations Specialist (Sales Back Office) At KARIBOU, we are growing fast and leading the way in sustainable packaging solutions. We design and distribute 100% plant-based, plastic-free single-use packaging, helping businesses reduce their environmental footprint.
To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Commercial team.
Your Role As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Team by ensuring accurate and efficient order management, while contributing to an excellent customer experience across all commercial interactions.
Support Sales Management in achieving departamental objectives
Manage and process customer orders in ERP Navision,



ensuring accuracy and proper follow-up
Coordinate with customers, sales representatives, agents, and internal departments
Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales Back Office or Sales Administration roles
Full professional proficiency in English (French or other languages are a plus)
Strong skills in ERP systems (Navision preferred) and advanced Excel
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
