Collect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear, structured format to support retailer sales teams
Ensure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand

Hold a high school diploma (minimum), with a preferred background in business, communications, or automotive studies




Bring experience in customer service or sales — ideally within the automotive or luxury sectors
Communicate clearly and confidently, especially with executive‑level or high‑end clientele
Demonstrate a strong interest in the automotive industry and premium products
Are structured, professional, and discreet in handling sensitive topics like pricing or commercial offers
Full‑time 39 hours/week, permanent contract: rotational schedule between Monday – Saturday 09:00 – 20:00
Salary 19,484 euros gross/year + up to 3,000 euros gross/year in bonus + private medical insurance
Full paid training on the company and the project you’ll be working on
